GTS offers engineering services. We employ highly-skilled mold designers who are dedicated to executing mold designs to the highest possible standards. They work closely with the Technical Manager and our clients to ensure specifications are thoroughly met. 


GTS has experience in making high-quality molds. With the expertise of our Technical Manager and dedication of our staff, we work closely with clients to make molds that meet the requirements to the greatest extent. We specialize in precise, accurate and high-tolerance molds. We focus on reducing cycle time to maximize efficiency and endorse cost reduction with regards to production.  


GTS has a great deal of experience with plastic injection molding. We have dealt with a varied range of plastic products, from the water and irrigation industries to medical products. We are always open to expansion into different industries and would be very willing to discuss new challenging projects with potential clients with the clear goal of delivering to the highest standards. 


As a full service for plastic processing, we handle all competences from development, product and tool design to production, assembly and packaging. In doing so, we can integrate the manufacture of molded parts of currently 0.007g to 800g and provide you with specification-compliant plastic solutions for every semi-medical area of application. GTS also can provide all kinds of customized products such as thin-walled, hollow, lightweight, and high rigidity of aluminum extrusion products.


Over Molding is the process where one material is precision molded over another material, usually rubber (TPE) over plastic, for visual or ergonomic appeal. Very often when the design requires "soft touch" or waterproofing, over molding is the manufacturing process that we will use. For over molding success, knowledge of material compatibility is crucial. Our extensive expertise in this field helps assure your end part will have the strong end-application bond and performance that your product success demands. Insert molding can also be combined with over molding using parts made of aluminum, brass, stainless steel, copper, plastic, and more.


At GTS, we provide vacuum casting, SLA, SLS and CNC machining. We can offer fast turn-around, multi-axis, high-speed CNC machining solutions to fulfill most requirements for concept models and prototype parts. We can also machine directly from your 3D model.

We can also supply surface treatment methods, such as painting, silk screening, pad printing, polishing, sand blasting, anodizing, power coating, plating, passivation, laser etching and knurling etc.
